Did we tell you about our Financial Administrator? Pat Bowlby joined Five Oaks in the spring. Pat is a local Paris person, previously at the Paris Fairgrounds, and before that as a local bank manager. In fact, she recently discovered a letter addressed to Yvonne Stewart from her bank position. Our Oaten Institute Program Administrator is Sharon Hull. Sharon lives in Pickering, and is a volunteer youth leader in the Bay of Quinte Conference. She is a graduate of the NEOS Youth Ministry Certificate Program. Sharon has a passion for Right Relations and has been involved with our Wampum program as well as the Bay of Quinte Travelling Towards Right Relations yearly trips.Sharon brings her organizational skills from many years as an Executive Assistant working for a bank. Rev. Pegi Ridout agreed to come on board to assist in the transition to our new Operations Manager staffing model. Pegi was a past Executive Director and is an interim minister in the United Church of Canada. She can be reached at email@example.com
With great enthusiasm, we also wish to announce that Michael Shewburg has joined our Five Oaks team as Operations Manager. Most recently Michael served as Program Coordinator, Canada Program, People in Partnership at the National Office of the United Church of Canada. Prior to this role, he served as the Minister to the GO Project, a ministry of Islington United Church in Toronto.
