We also welcome rental groups for gatherings centered on education, wellness, advocacy, culture, family, creativity, professional development, and environmental stewardship.

Acorn Adventure Camp
Acorn summer camp welcomed 456 participants in 2022
New Outdoor Patio
With help from the Hamilton Halton Brant Regional Tourism Authority, through Development Canada, Five Oaks opened a two-story deck, with a beautiful upper gathering space!
Wild Carolinian Forest
Five Oaks is home to wild Carolinian Forest, Canada’s richest and most endangered ecosystems, with over 400 rare species. Walk through ancient cedar groves and white pines that have stood hundreds of years!
Owl Prowls
Join one of our Owl Prowls and listen to the Great Grey Old and Eastern Screech Owl under the light of a full moon.
We offer fishing passes
Whitemans Creek is a host to large runs of Steel Head, Rainbow, and Brown Trout due to its cold temperatures.
We welcome volunteers!
Join us for one of our work weekends. Many hands make light work!
School Group Programs
Our School Group Programs are like no other! We developed a Nature-based School Group Curriculum that uses the biodiversity as a lens to understand human diversity.
